Le Roux Wellness was born from a season of rediscovery: a return to purpose, healing, and inner alignment. What began as a personal transformation evolved into a practice rooted in sharing the tools that helped me come home to myself: mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, and meaningful group work.

Today, I work as a Personal Growth Coach and Addiction & Recovery Coach, supporting individuals in reconnecting with themselves through a blend of holistic practices, psychoeducation, and spirituality - bridging practical tools with deeper inner work.

That work takes many forms here, including one-on-one coaching sessions, private yoga, guided breathwork, sound baths, and group facilitation, with each experience thoughtfully curated to support the unique needs and personal growth of every individual and group. The intention behind each offering, however, remains the same.

My intention is to create spaces where you can reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and feel supported in your own becoming. Whether through one-on-one sessions or group experiences, this work is designed to help you slow down, build awareness, and return to yourself with compassion, clarity, and presence.
